Shaffique,J Petitioner has approached this court seeking for the following reliefs : "i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to grant the benefit of Indira Avas Yojana Scheme, only after selection of beneficiaries by following the procedure contemplatled in Ext.P1.
ii) command the respondent Panchayat to publish a final list of person identified by the Grama Sabhas, for granting the benefits of Indira Avas Yojaa Scheme for disbursing nenefits for house construction.
iii) Command the respondents 1 and 2 not to grant any benefit under the Indira Avas Yojana Scheme, to any persons who have not been identified by the Grama Sabha as contemplated in Ext.P1 G.O.”
2. The main complaint raised by the petitioner is that the selection process as per the Government order dated 2.9.1998, has not been complied with. According to him, no publication is being made in the matter.
3. Perusal of Ext.P1 clearly indicates that the provision has been made to give complaints regarding the selecltion as per WPC No.34733/14 2 Ext.P1. As far as selection procedure is concerned, the Grievance Enquiry Committee is entitled to entertain any complaints.

Having regard to the fact that specific committee has been constituted to take care of such disputes relating to the procedure to be complied with, the petitioner has to approach the said forum before approaching this Court in public interest litigation. Hence the writ petition is disposed of as under:
The petitioner shall approach the complaint redressal forum in terms of Ext.P1 and on receipt of the complaint, the forum shall consider the same in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
