The present 482, Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.1549/2018 including charge sheet dated 3.10.2017 (State Vs. Manoj Dwivedi) arising out of Case Crime No.506/16, under Sections 406, 420, IPC, P.S. Dankaur, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar.
The submission is that the parties have entered into compromise as per annexure-3 to the affidavit, filed in support of this application. The same has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddha Nagar in Case No.1549 of 2018.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to pass final orders on the compromise within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it.
Till then, no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant.
