Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P and perused the material available on record.
By way of the instant application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.353 of 2017, under Sections - 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station - Sadar Bajar, District - Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that no advantage has been gained by the applicant. The money, which is stated to have been paid by the informant was never deposited in the account of the applicant. There is no possibility of the applicant absconding or misusing the liberty of bail.
Per contra, learned A.G.A. has submitted that the applicant has been named in the first information report and because of his involvement and complicity, the informant has been duped of Rs.5,80,454/- and the applicant has criminal history of several cases.
Considered the rival submissions and perused the material brought on record. No good ground is made out for bail.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is rejected, at this stage.
It is made clear that the observation made in this order shall not be construed to have any reflection on merit of the case.
