Thereafter, when the matter was called on 13.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 14.09.2017 under the caption, ''for dismissal''. Thereafter, when the matter is called today i.e. on 14.09.2017, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
