Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the second respondent to decide the representation dated 29.11.2018 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the representation is still pending and has not been decided, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously by the Authority concerned.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to decide petitioner's aforesaid representation by a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
