Hon'ble Manoj Misra,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Sambhal to decide temporary injunction application 6C filed in Original Suit No. 548 of 2018 within a stipulated period.
It has been submitted by the petitioner that on the application 6C notice was issued to the defendant, fixing 10.04.2018, but no injunction was granted although the matter is urgent.
From the order-sheet of the case, it does not appear that notice of the proceeding has as yet been served upon the opposite party.
Under the circumstances, this court finds no good reason to issue any specific direction, at this stage.
It is expected that the court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall proceed to take appropriate decision on the pending application, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 30.4.2018 Sunil Kr Tiwari
