On the matter being taken up, no one responds on behalf of the appellants despite repeated calls. However, Sri Namit Srivastava has been shown as the amicus curiae on behalf of the appellants. Order sheet of this case reflects that this case was listed lastly in the month of January, 2018 for final hearing.
It is expected that Sri Namit Srivastava, learned amicus curiae will extend the argument on the next date of listing, in case, he fails to appear, the Court will pass appropriate orders for appointing another amicus curiae.
