Counsel for the appellant may serve two copies of the paper book on the Standing Counsel within three days.
List this case after three weeks.
In the meantime, Standing Counsel may also obtain instruction from the Collector of the District and the petitioner may also file rejoinder affidavit to the counter filed by the defendant-respondent.
On the next date, the name of Standing Counsel may also be shown as counsel for the respondents.
By the next date of listing, plaint may not be rejected for not filing the Court fees. However, the suit will also not proceed.
