1. Heard Sri Arvind Singh Sengar, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No.136 of 2016, under Sections 323, 304 IPC, Police Station-Sikandarpur, District-Ballia.
3. The applicant is named in FIR and medical report as well as statement of Informant, who is an eye-witness, supports the FIR version. Applicant is in jail since 20.03.2016. I am also informed that trial is still going on and had not conclude. Looking into entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
