Application (Undertaking) under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties whereby it has been undertaken that they would restore the possession of the shop in question to the applicants within a period of two weeks in compliance of the Writ Court's order.
The undertaking application is allowed.
The present contempt application stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
