In the present case F.I.R. proceeds to mention that Diksha is minor and her date of birth is 21.09.1996. Before this Court it has been sought to be contended by Diksha that she was born on 21.09.1991 but no document whatsoever has been produced to show and substantiate as to whether she is major or not.
In such a situation liberty is given to Diksha to appear before Chief Medical Officer, Allahabad within three days from today alongwith certified copy of this order and thereafter Chief Medical Officer, Allahabad after requisite fee is deposited shall get ossification test done in order to ascertain the age of Diksha. After the said medical examination is done, report of the same be sent in sealed cover to this Court.
