Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to erect H.T. Electricity Tower in the Petitioner's lands an extent of Ac.3.00 cents covered by Sy.Nos.385/2 and 385/3B of China Brahmadevam Village, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, without following due process of law, as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, violative of principles of natural justice, colourable exercise of power.
