JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision has been filed against the order of dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal) Side submitted two letters written by the petitioner as well as the respondent before the Inspector of Police, E-1, Rural Police Station, Kantal, stating that they have resolved the dispute beetween themselves and also they are living together.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction from his client.
4. In the above circumstances, in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the letters submitted by him through the Inspector of Police, E-1 Rural Police Station, Kantal, no further order is required in this revision.
5. Hence, this criminal revision case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
