JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter was taking up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner has already approached this Court for the very same prayer in Crl.R.C.No.817 of 2016 and the same was dismissed vide order dated 22.07.2016. Hence, the prayer in the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that only subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the order in the Criminal Revision Petition came to be passed.
3. Recording the submissions and taking into account the findings rendered by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.817 of 2016 this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
