Since the filing of the instant matter, at least on five dates the case was adjourned. The order sheet of last three dates reveals that no one was present, but still the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice. Today, again no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition. It seems that the petitioner has lost his interest in the matter.
It is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
