Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner has challenged the cancellation of fair price shop license.
Sri A.B.S. Rana, learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that against the order of cancellation of the fair price shop licence, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy by way of filing an appeal before the competent authority.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of existence of alternative remedy.
