Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This transfer application seeks transfer of a divorce petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act to some other court in District Hapur itself.
Vide order dated 07.02.2019, counsel for the applicant had been granted two weeks time to file a supplementary affidavit to make out a cogent ground for transfer of case.
No supplementary affidavit has been filed although almost 5 months have lapsed since.
Upon hearing counsel for the applicant and upon perusal of the averments made in the transfer application, I do not find any cogent ground to allow this transfer application.
This transfer application is therefore, without merit and is dismissed.
