It is pointed out by Sri Ashish Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner no.2 has not yet completed the age of 21 years and, therefore, he is not of marriageable age.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the writ petition at this stage.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
