The question falling for consideration in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.17893 of 2013 rendered on 1.11.2013.
The variation in facts, if any, in the present case is not substantial so as to render the principle of law decided in W.P.(C) No. 17893/2013, inapplicable. Accordingly, following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
