O R D E R Sri Muniraj V., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Smt.Prathima Honnapura, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
2. Petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the parties, same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 05.09.2018 issued by respondent No.3 for vacating the Xerox shop at Kunigal Taluk office, Kunigal, Tumakuru District to the petitioner.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that this writ petition is pending before this Court since 07.09.2018, in which no interim order has been passed and by now, the order dated 05.09.2018 passed by the Tahsildar must have been given effect to.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if his grievance still subsists.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
