R3 served and unrepresented) This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R1 to consider and to take decision in furtherance of the resolutions of the R2 dated 16/17.4.2011 vide Annexure-B, etc.
This writ petition, coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Sri D.R.Ravishankar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 02.06.2015 (Annexure-C).
2. Sri Vikram, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent is not averse to consider the petitioner’s said representation but strictly in accordance with law.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned advocates, I dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner’s said representation, dated 02.06.2015 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and in any case within an outer limit of one month from the date of the issuance of the certified copy of today’s order. No order as to costs.
