2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for sometime seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to comply with the requirement contained in the Arbitration Clause and thereafter to approach this Court, incase, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, petition is disposed of with liberty as sought for.
