Under order dated 21.10.2012, the Court directed the office to issue notice. Since then, the respondents have not filed any reply dealing with the claim made by the petitioners. Almost 6 months have passed since the Court directed notice to be issued.
As a last chance, time until 23.3.2012 is granted to the respondents to file affidavit. If the affidavit is not filed on or before 23.3.2012, then, the concerned officer, who is responsible to make the affidavit and who is competent to take decision, shall be liable to pay interest at 15% from 17.11.2011 onwards and for the prior period, interest will have to be paid by the concerned officer at usual rate.
