1. Learned advocate Mr.M.A.Parekh appearing for learned advocate Mr.C.G. Sharma for the appellants states that so far as respondent Nos.10/2 and 12 are concerned, they are served and he will file affidavit of direct service during the course of the day.
qua respondent No.10/1 and 11. He, however, requests that he further may be permitted to supply fresh address of respondent No.11 and notice may be made returnable for little longer date as the notice issued to respondent No.10/1 served by RPAD is yet not received back.
1.2 The Request is granted. Learned advocate for the appellants to supply the fresh address of respondent No.11 by today.
2. The Registry is directed to issue fresh process to respondent Nos.10/1 and 11, returnable on 29.10.2012.
