2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the revision petition is filed against the order dated 09.07.2015 in Civil Misc. No.23/2015 by which, the application filed under Section 24 of CPC for transfer of MC No.20/2015 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Soraba to Senior Civil Judge, Shivamogga was dismissed. It is submitted that the MC petition is at the stage of evidence and the petitioner has already participated and is going on with the recording of evidence.
3. In view of the fact that evidence has already commenced and the petitioner has participated in the proceedings, the revision petition would not survive for consideration any further. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
