THIS WRIT PETITION(HC) COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, JAYANT PATEL J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Pursuant to the process issued by this Court, corpus- N.Navajyoti is produced before the Court with a lady constable Ms.Padmavathi.
2. We have enquired about free will of corpus. She had declared before us that she is desirous to stay at Balakiyara Bala Mandira, behind Kidwai Hospital, Hosur Road, Bengaluru, and she is also pregnant.
3. Learned Additional SPP states that the Superintendent of Home shall take all necessary steps for ensuring safety as well as health and pregnancy of the corpus.
4. In view of the above, the corpus will be at liberty to stay at the aforesaid Home until she is desirous to be there until she attains majority and even after attaining the majority.
5. No further order deserves to be passed. Hence, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
6. Learned AGA shall communicate the order to the Superintendent of Home.
