(By Sri.Christopher Noel A, Advocate) … Respondent This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to order and direct the respondent to pay interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- p.m. to the petitioner modifying the order dated 20.08.2014 passed on I.A. filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in M.C.No.272/2011 by the Additional Judge Family Court, Mysore (Annexure – C) by issuing a writ of mandamus and etc., This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the original proceedings pending before the Family Court, Mysuru have been concluded.
The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
