Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, in case the petitioner submits a detailed representation in support of her claim for revision of pensionary benefits as well as for extension of the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission Report within two weeks from today, the same shall be examined in accordance with law and a reasoned decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
