The earlier order dated 4.12.2012 herein needs to be corrected in so far as the word no appears to be missing in the order by slip or error. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to 29th January, 2013. Interim relief granted earlier is extended till then, subject to the clarification that no stay against the impugned notification is ever granted.
It is expected that, in the meantime, if the appellant and respondent No.3 propose to negotiate for an amicable settlement, they shall carry out the negotiations and come with only the result thereof. The matter may only be heard on merits on the next date.
