The petitioners have filed this petition as usual seeking protection of their life and restraining the respondents from causing any harassment or interference in their married life.
In connection with the alleged marriage of the petitioners, a first information report being Case Crime No. 191 of 2019, under Section 363/366 IPC, P.S. Pahari, District Chitrakoot has been lodged with the police authorities and the matter is under investigation.
In view of the above, since the matter is under investigation of the police authorities, the matter requires no interference by this Court in exercise of writ jurisdiction.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed.
