Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the proceeding of Case No.963/12 of 2015, arising out of case crime no. 334 of 2015, under Sectiond 328, 304, 120B and 506 IPC, Police Station-Titavi, District- Muzaffarnagar pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the informant in the present case and the aforementioned case is pending since the year 2015. The next submission is that the informant is blind and is groping for the justice.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2015, I hereby direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of the order.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
