Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 1.8.2016 passed in Writ Petition No.29749 of 2016 as well as order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Contempt Application no.2705/2017.
On the matter being taken up today, affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party has been filed by Shri Sanjay Chaturvedi, learned counsel for opposite party intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with. The said affidavit of compliance be taken on record.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds that substantial compliance has been ensured in the matter and as such, no interference is required in the matter.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
