1. Heard Sri Om Prakash Singh, Advocate, for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Petitioner was issued an income certificate and thereafter considering her eligibility she was appointed as Anganbari Karyakatri. The said income certificate has already been cancelled as stated in impugned order dated 31.08.2004 on the ground that same was obtained by concealment of fact and thereupon petitioner's appointment as Anganbari Karyakatri has also been cancelled.
3. It is not stated anywhere in the entire writ petition that income certificate granted to petitioner has not been cancelled and it is also not stated that said order has been challenged and set aside. The said order has not been challenged even in the present writ petition. Hence, consequential order cancelling appointment of petitioner cannot be faulted.
4. The writ petition lacks merits. Dismissed.
