This petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to have O.P.No.956 of 2012 pending before the Family Court of Kottayam at Ettumanoor, transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam. 2. Suffice is to say that the relationship between the petitioner and respondent became bitter and proceedings were initiated by both the parties. Petitioner pointed out that the respondent has filed O.P.No.956 of 2012 for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court of Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
3. Petitioner points out that she is residing at Ernakulam and finding it difficult to go at Family Court, Ettumanoor, on all posting dates. She prays that the case may transferred to Family court, Ernakulam.

4. Notice was served on the respondent, but there was no appearance on his behalf.
In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P. No.956 of 2012 pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor shall stand transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam.
