Sri Meraj Ahmad Khan, Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 4 Brij Lal today, which is taken on record.
Pursuant to the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court, petitioner no. 1, Corpus Manju Rani, duly identified by Sri Meraj Ahmad Khan, Advocate, is present in person before this Court.
On making query from Ms. Manju Rani, she submitted before the Bar that the marriage certificate, annexed as annexure no. 1 is forged and fabricated document and petitioner no. 2 Lal Bahadur, claiming to be her husband, is a forged person, who is harassing her and for this coercive action taken by petitioner no. 2, Lal Bahadur she has taken legal recourse in the court of Moradabad. She categorically denied to accompany petitioner no. 2 Lal Bahadur and join his company any further before this Court. A detailed statement of Ms. Manju Rani in writing is on the record of the order sheet of the instant petition.
Under the prevailing circumstances, this Court finds no good ground to allow the instant Habeas Corpus, therefore, the same is dismissed.
The presence of Ms. Manju Rani is, hereby, exempted.
