Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By way of the instant application, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below to decide Complaint Case No.1185 of 2018 Smt. Manju Rani Verma Vs. Satish Chandra Sharma, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Police Station Jagdishpura, District Agra, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Agra expeditiously.
In this case, the applicant happens to be complainant and she wants expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
Obviously, the court below is under obligation to expedite the proceeding adhering to the provision of Section 309 Cr.P.C. and decide the case within the stipulated time as mandated under the special Act. Therefore, no order need be passed by this Court.
Consequently, this application is disposed of.
