Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent board to evaluate the OMR sheet of the petitioner i.e. Bar Code No.3000459 for TGT Hindi-2021, Registration No.UP00210040561878 and Roll No.0902013164 and to consider the candidature of the petitioner under the category of 'Balika Varg' (HH-Category)."
Today when the matter is taken up, it is argued by A.K.S. Parihar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 that in case, the grievances as has been raised in the present petition, has been raised by the petitioner before the respondent No.2/Secretary, U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board, Prayagraj by way of representation, the respondent no.2 will certainly look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in the matter.
At this, learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the petitioner has already submitted a representation in this regard on 09.11.2021 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition has been disposed of directing the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all her grievances with a certified copy of this order before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation has been filed, the respondent no.2 will decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
