There is an interim order dated 04.09.1996 restraining the execution of the decree impugned till the date fixed. Thereafter, by a further order dated 04.12.1996 notice was issued pending admission and execution proceedings were stayed on deposit of the decretal amount in the court below within one month of that order.
When the case is called on, no one appears in support of the motion to admit this appeal to hearing.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed in default.
Interim orders dated 04.09.1996 and 04.12.1996 stand vacated.
