Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. 2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the first respondent to give necessary directions to the third and fourth respondents to give proper protection to the life and property of the petitioner and her son.
3. A matrimonial dispute is going on with the petitioner and the party respondent No.5, who is none other than petitioner's husband. The petitioner had already approached the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate by filing a complaint under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and obtained an order dated 4.11.2014, which is Ext.P9. As there is already an order obtained from the Magistrate, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner may appear before the Magistrate and WP(C) No. 30954/14 2 make proper application, if any further orders are required.
With this observation, the writ petition is closed.
