Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1.
The grievance of the petitioner is as follows:
"That with respect to the said deduction of amount the petitioner has moved an application dated 21.05.2018 and also again moved a grievance dated 07.09.2018 before the respondent No. 4 in which the petitioner had stated everything and also requested the U.P.S.I.D.C. that why the amount has been deducted even though the possession has not been given y them to the petitioner in time. "
Learned counsel for the respondent U.P.S.I.D.C states that the grievance shall be attended and appropriate order shall be passed within a period of six weeks.
Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent no. 2 to pass appropriate order within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order before him in case it is found that petitioner is entitled to any justification either way. The respondent Industrial Development Corporation shall proceed to execute it forthwith.
Disposed of.
