1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that her restoration application filed in Case No. 07784 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. T201915510107784) (Gulabi Devi Vs. Manju Gupta), filed before respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mau, has remained pending since 16.09.2020.
2. Keeping in mind that the restoration application has been filed recently and without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mau, to decide the petitioner's restoration application, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
