(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 06.02.2018, by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bhogaon, district Mainpuri has cancelled the fair price shop licence of the petitioner.
The petitioner has an adequate statutory remedy of filing appeal under paragraph 13(1) of the UP Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control Order), 2016.
This writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory remedy of filing an appeal alone.
It shall be open for the petitioner to take all legal or factual grounds available to him before the Appellate Authority in appeal.
