The petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment after the death of her husband Late Surendra Prasad. He died on 26.7.2017 while in harness as Class IV employee in Gulab Devi Mahila Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Ballia.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the second respondent is already examining the claim of the petitioner. He has made certain queries vide letter dated 30.7.2018 which have been duly replied/clarified by the Management as well as by the petitioner. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, no final decision has been taken in the matter so far and hence, the instant petition.
Learned standing counsel states that the second respondent would take decision in the matter within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into merits, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the second respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order alongwith supporting documents.
