Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner came to be appointed as Anganbadi worker on 15 July 2000. By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to take action on the application made by the petitioner and promote the petitioners on the post of Mukhya Sevika from the post of Aganwadi worker, in accordance with law, within some stipulated time frame as fined by this Hon'ble Court forthwith during the instant writ petition."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner.
In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is being finally disposed of directing that the second respondent, Director Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahar Vibhag, Indira Bhawan, IIIrd Floor, U.P., Lucknow, shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously within six weeks from the date of filing of copy of this order along with copy of the representation.
