JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the non inclusion of the names of the petitioner and others in the final electoral list published by the District Electoral Registration Officer/ District Magistrate Gonda in respect of village Naubasta Block Wazirganj, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda, the election for the Village Panchayat of the said village is sought to be held on 19.04.2021.
Last date of nomination was 8th April, 2021. This Court in writ petition No. 11150 (Writ C) of 2021 addressed that once the last date of nomination is over for Panchayat Election, in view of the bar created under Article 243-O of the Constitution of India this Court cannot entertain the writ petition.
Considering the aforesaid judgment and the provisions of Article 243-O of the Constitution of India this petition being not maintainable and is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which may be available to him in law.
