Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A.-I and Dr. G.S.D. Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following main relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction call for the record and to quash the order dated 23.3.2021 and 27.3.2021 alleged to be passed by the A.D.G. Zone Bareilly and this Hon'ble court may also further be pleased to quash the order dated 31.3.2021 passed by the S.S.P. Bareilly as well as order dated 2.4.2021 by which the investigation was transferred to Incharge Inspector Crime Branch Moradabad from District Bareilly in Case Crime No. 0076 of 2021 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 447, 386 IPC, P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly."
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I on the basis of instructions submits that chargesheet has already been forwarded to the competent court on 10.10.2021and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
