ORDER This writ petition is filed seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 05.09.2019 at Annexure-A.
2. On considering the plea of the petitioners, we are of the view that the writ petition is premature. Reasonable time has to be granted to the respondents to consider the representations and to respond to the same. Filing a petition within a period of 40 days from the date of filing of the representation is undoubtedly premature.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
