The only prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondents to decide petitioner's representation.
Attention of the Court has not been invited to any statutory provision whereunder such a representation could be made. A writ petition would be entertained merely for deciding the representation. No other relief is claimed.
Writ petition is, therefore, misconceived and is dismissed. Dismissal of this petition, however, would not preclude the petitioner from instituting appropriate proceedings in respect of the grievance raised.
