Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(a) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to permit the petitioner for sale of the agricultural plots and poultry farm equipments which are mortgaged with the respondent no. 4 so that the loan amount under the one time settlement scheme as mentioned in letter dated 14.11.2019 (Annexure-5) may be repaid;"
At the very outset, learned counsel for the Bank, Mr. Abhishek Mishra stated that the petitioner has already filed a Writ Petition No. (C) 35994 of 2019 before this Court challenging the impugned order and the said petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 7.11.2019 with cost of Rs. 20,000/- to be recovered from the petitioner as arrears of land revenue.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is misconceived. Hence dismissed.
