When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 that the documents which is subject matter of controversy has been registered by the registering authority on 27.03.2017.
2.In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
